  Would not recommend Jones Ballard in Como to anybody.
  Had so many difficulties even receiving a response or call back from them a majority of the time, as well as noting down little things in the property report when doing rent inspections such as 'fly screen to be left closed' when in reality we left it open out of kindness for our property manager that she felt the need to pin point us on every little thing. It has been an absolute nightmare trying to even discuss bond retrieval with them. If you do go with them, do NOT go through Caroline Hughes.
